By signing in to Avicrine you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

Avicrine is provided through clinics. There is no public self-registration: your clinic issues your credentials. You must be an adult, or have an account created for you with the consent of a parent or guardian through your clinic.

• Keep your credentials confidential and change your password if you suspect misuse.
• Provide accurate health information — inaccurate entries produce misleading trends and AI explanations.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, clinics or records that are not yours.
• Do not upload malicious files or content you have no right to share.
• Do not use Avicrine for emergencies.

Avicrine is an educational and tracking tool. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose disease, it does not prescribe or adjust medication, and it is not a substitute for professional medical judgement. AI-generated content may be incomplete or wrong. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of qualified healthcare professionals.

Consultation requests are handled by your clinic, not by Avicrine. Avicrine provides the software that carries the request; it does not provide medical care, does not guarantee a response time, and is not a party to the clinician–patient relationship.

You keep ownership of the information and files you submit. You grant Avicrine only the permission needed to store, display and process that content in order to run the features you use, including sending the relevant parts to the AI providers listed in the Privacy Policy.

Avicrine is licensed to clinics. The application does not currently charge patients or collect card details from patients. Any commercial terms, pricing, cancellation and refund arrangements are agreed separately between Avicrine and the clinic. [OPERATOR: replace this section if patient-facing billing is introduced.]

The Avicrine name, logo, interface and software are owned by Avicrine Enterprise. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer the service except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

Avicrine relies on the hosting, database, storage and AI providers listed in the Privacy Policy. Their availability and behaviour are outside our control.

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. Maintenance, upgrades, provider outages and network problems may interrupt access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Avicrine is provided without warranties of any kind, and Avicrine Enterprise is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for clinical decisions made by you or by a healthcare professional. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your clinic may deactivate your account. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, security attacks or unlawful activity. You may delete your own account at any time from your profile.
